Lifetime warranty

We take responsibility for our creations and reserve the right to repair, replace or credit defective or faulty merchandise you have bought from us.

At Winklmayr, we take great pride in our products and stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue with your purchase that is due to a manufacturing error, we are happy to cover the cost of any repairs necessary.

Please note that our warranty only applies to manufacturing errors, such as loose stitching and broken hardware, and does not cover normal wear and tear. To determine whether the damage is a result of a manufacturing error or wear and tear, we kindly request that you provide us with as much information as possible, including photographs, in your communications with us. We also invite you to read our guide on product and leather care.

In some cases, the required hardware or matching leather/consumables may no longer be available to restore your time. The length of time required for repairs will vary based on the extent of the damage. For minor repairs, Winklmayr may enlist the services of a local specialist, and the repair process is expected to take at least a few weeks. However, for major repairs, the item will need to be sent to the Winklmayr workshop in South Africa, and the process may take between one to three months.

As a high-end luxury brand, Winklmayr prides itself on its customer service. Each repair request is evaluated on an individual basis, so exceptions may be made.
