When product is available, our estimated despatch is 2−5 business days from receipt of payment.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by international shipping and clearance processes.

Please be aware that your Winklmayr purchase may require a Tax ID for customs clearance purposes. It is important to note that if this information is not provided, your purchase will be returned to us.

If the product is not in stock, we can query the workshop on how long it will take to create one for you.


RETURNS

You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Once Winklmayr receives the purchased item (s), a refund will be issued within 15 days. It is important to note that all returns must be in their original condition, unused, with all original labels attached, complete with all parts and accessories, and using the original packaging. Please keep in mind that bespoke and/or personalized items are not eligible for a refund.

Winklmayr reserves the right to inspect returned products and may refuse the return of items that do not meet the specified requirements. Return shipping costs will be covered by Winklmayr.
