Once Winklmayr receives the purchased item(s), a refund will be issued within 15 days. All returns must be in their original condition, unused, with all original labels attached, complete with all parts and accessories, and using the original packaging. Bespoke and/or personalised items are not eligible for a refund.
Winklmayr reserves the right to inspect returned products and may refuse returns that do not meet the specified requirements. Return shipping costs will be covered by Winklmayr.
Product Care

To ensure your item remains in optimal condition, we recommend the following:

- To dry or clean the leather and metal hardware, wipe with a clean, dry, soft light-coloured cloth.
- We advise against using cleaning products unless specifically recommended.
