We offer FREE delivery within South Africa.
International shipping is R800, and please note that additional taxes and duties may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
Each piece is carefully packaged and delivered securely in our signature presentation.
South Africa: 2–5 working days
International: 5–10 working days

All bags made to order can take 6–8 weeks before being dispatched.


RETURNS

You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Once Winklmayr receives the purchased item(s), a refund will be issued within 15 days. All returns must be in their original condition, unused, with all original labels attached, complete with all parts and accessories, and using the original packaging. Bespoke and/or personalised items are not eligible for a refund.

Winklmayr reserves the right to inspect returned products and may refuse returns that do not meet the specified requirements. Return shipping costs will be covered by Winklmayr.

Product Care

Our leather valuables are crafted with the highest-quality materials and are known for their iconic style. The natural variations in color and texture add to the uniqueness of each piece, and colour and texture on natural leathers change over time.

To ensure your item remains in optimal condition, we recommend the following:

  • Refrain from using any waterproofing products.
  • Prevent colour migration by avoiding contact between the item and dark- or light-coloured surfaces.
  • Avoid contact with alcohol, perfumes, ink, oils, and creams.
  • To dry or clean the leather and metal hardware, wipe with a clean, dry, soft light-coloured cloth.
  • We advise against using cleaning products unless specifically recommended.
